What started as a personal journey toward better health and sustainable living turned into a movement to prove that plant-based food can still have soul. Inspired by the rich traditions of Southern cooking — the kind that brings families together around a table — Vegan Soul Brother reimagines those classics with fresh, organic ingredients straight from the earth.
From creamy mac n’ cheese made with cashew-based sauces, to smoky collard greens slow-cooked with love (not pork), and candied yams sweetened by nature — every dish honors our heritage while celebrating growth, innovation, and compassion.

Spicy battered cauliflower tossed in vegan butter hot sauce, served with ranch-style dipping sauce.
Crispy golden oyster mushrooms served with smoked chipotle aioli or maple hot sauce

A true forest-to-table favorite. Fresh Chicken of the Woods mushrooms hand-battered in our signature seasoned flour, fried crisp on the outside and tender inside. Served with maple hot sauce or garlic herb butter, and your choice of sides.
Crispy, flaky, and full of soul — our plant-based take on classic fried fish. Made from marinated and sea-seasoned hearts of palm, hand-battered in a Southern-style cornmeal crust, then fried golden and served with lemon, tartar sauce, and slaw.
Thick-cut portobello or king oyster mushrooms grilled and glazed with hickory BBQ sauce.
Crispy-seasoned tofu “cutlets” fried golden and served with choice of sides and cornbread.
Vegan Sweet Potato Pie
Silky, spiced sweet potato filling in a flaky coconut oil crust.
Peach Cobbler à la Mode
Warm, gooey peach cobbler topped with vegan vanilla ice cream.
Banana Pudding Cups
Layers of coconut whipped cream, vanilla wafers, and fresh banana slices.
